FORECLOSURE DEFENSE THROUGH ART

What would you do if you had an entire house to create as an art project? A Local Orlando foreclosure attorney supports Florida’s upcoming artists. Sometimes all it takes is a small boost to propel new artists into the public eye. The larger the canvas the better. Even though many homes in Florida are still going through foreclosure many owners are still living in them. Artist are given a budget and a certain amount of time to take back a weed infested paint chipped home. Some of these homes are getting unusual paint jobs and highly decorative plants. Final pictures will be posted soon.

The homes are like standing tree skeletons that represent families that have lost everything. It does not take much for a person to be driven to foreclosure. Job loss is the most common cause. Even falling behind on two payments can set off a downward spiral to losing your home. We explained that to the artists before letting them get to work.

Unfortunately many people do not know that the bank does not have the final say when it comes to foreclosure. You cannot make anymore payments due to “Company policy” is often what happens when a home owner attempts to get a loan modification. You can actually hire someone to legally defend your home from foreclosure. Banks are usually more willing to work with you when you have an attorney fighting for your. That an public scrutiny. If a bank is taking illegal routes to foreclosure on a home they probably do not want the public to know about it. Art is a good way to grab the public’s attention. Our project is designed to do exactly that.
